Sew on and Sew Forth for 2020

It's been a good year. Thank you all for making it so.

This past year was spent learning how to make the best use my sewing machine. which has improved the quality of the finished works.
For 2020 hauling out the serger that has been gathering dust for a few years, and taking a refresher course. The intention is to begin making COATS! and need that serger to finish off seams.
Right now I am cleaning and organizing my studio, not a task for the fainthearted.

Stay tuned for updates on the coats.....probably in about a month.

Happy New Year!

Sew Bee Mine at The Phoenixville Farmer's Holiday Markets

Thank you so much for all who came out to Forty Elephants last weekend and supported so many of us local artists and makers. It was so nice to have customers come back for more aprons, that remembered me from being there last Spring! I met a few artists that live in the Lancaster area, and an invitation was extended for Sew Bee Mine to have an ongoing presence in a new downtown venue there starting in the spring.

Sew Bee Mine will bee at The Phoenixville Farmer's Market on Saturday Dec 7th, Saturday Dec 14th and Saturday Dec 21st. Holiday Aprons will be on sale for $45 each. Also all other aprons and carpet bags are $10 off for Phoenixville.

I've got a new batch of Little Balsam Bears....made with wool plaids and stuffed with clean carded sheep's wool and balsam from Vermont.
In the process now making bird ornaments.

Also introducing new and beautiful linen tote bags.

And of course the ever popular Squeak Fish Dog Toys.
While making them our dogs go crazy from all the noise.
