December for Sew Bee Mine

I love the fall and winter, hunkering down and getting a lot of sewing done, including One of A Kind Wearable Art Aprons,   Everlasting Grocery Bags, some new Big Big Love Totes, Lavender and Star bears, Phoenix ornaments, Queen Bee Magnets and more. My favorite item this year are the Balsam Bears I'm making with various wool/cashmere plaids, wool stuffing and balsam fir from Maine.
For December I will be at The Phoenixville Farmer's Market from 10 to 12 on Dec 2nd and the 9th, then at Malvern Farmer's Market on the 16th, then back to Phoenixville on the 23rd and 30th!

Sew Bee Mine at Penncrest 23rd Annual Holiday Craft Show

I just recently completely organized my studio, including actually dividing up fabrics by kinds and putting them in plastic containers. I also got a rolling cart organizer to keep all sewing notions in while sewing, instead of the little overflowing baskets cluttering up the cutting tables.

There is also a designated area now just for painting, complete with easel, shelves for paint and other supplies.  I'm learning how to play the piano, and it's in it's own little area too. My dear husband shampooed the carpet.

So, hunkering down and busy being a holiday elf. Last year the Christmas aprons sold out in one hour at The Farmer's Market, so this year getting more made ahead of time. It's going to be easy to select fabrics for them, now that there is a bin with just holiday fabrics in it at my fingertips. This in great contrast to rifling through piles of fabric trying to find a match.

I'm looking forward to having a booth at The Penncrest High School Band 23rd Annual Holiday Craft Show  with over 115 vendors, including home made crafts, art, jewelry, handbags, clothing, and many more.

WHEN: Saturday, November 18, 2017 (22nd annual) – 10AM to 4PM
